The Four Seasons Resort at Las Colinas has recently undergone a transformation into a Marriott International Ritz-Carlton. The new owners, who acquired the property last summer, have invested $55 million in renovations that are nearing completion.
According to the Dallas Business Journal, the entire resort is being upgraded by design firms Jeffrey Beers International and Leo A Daly. These renovations are expected to be finished by May and include enhancements such as a new lobby bar, updated guest rooms, and 80,000 square feet of renovated meeting space and ballroom facilities.
This will be the second Ritz-Carlton location in Dallas-Fort Worth area. In addition to this property in Las Colinas, there is also another one on McKinney Avenue in Dallas which was built in 2007. Plans for renovating this hotel were recently announced by the company as well.
The post announcing these upgrades for May does not mention any specific brand names or locations but focuses solely on highlighting the improvements being made at this luxury resort destination.
