The Providence Group has announced the opening of a new office in Raleigh, North Carolina. This expansion is accompanied by the addition of two experienced brokers, Reagan Crabtree and Cristi Webb, both based in Raleigh.
According to Partner Darren Wood, this move has been long-awaited as they have been searching for top-notch professionals to match the quality of their Charlotte office. With these new additions, The Providence Group aims to maintain their high level of service and meet client expectations.
Crabtree and Webb come from CBRE Raleigh and bring The Providence Group’s team in North Carolina up to 41 professionals. Since 2000, The Providence Group has established itself as a leading provider of retail real estate services throughout the Carolinas.
Their expertise includes handling leasing and management assignments for landlord clients such as InvenTrust, Northwood Retail,
Slate,Crosland Southeast,and Kite Realty. They have also represented notable tenants like TJX Co’s,Ulta Shake Shack Discount Tire Co., Five Below,and Aldi.
