Lexington Homes, a Chicago-based homebuilder, has announced the development of Metro on Main in Morton Grove, Illinois. This new community will feature 89 townhomes and is an updated version of Lexington’s award-winning Mews series.
According to Jeff Benach, principal at Lexington Homes, the newly redesigned floor plans for Metro on Main are tailored to meet the needs of today’s homebuyers. Construction has already begun at 8350 Lehigh Avenue and sales are expected to start this spring with three furnished model homes available by fall 2024.
The three-level rowhomes will range from 1,780 to 2,278 square feet and offer two to four bedrooms along with balconies and attached rear-facing garages. With over four decades of experience in real estate development in Chicago and its surrounding suburbs,
Lexington Homes’ team is well-equipped for this project.
