Fisher Brothers, a leading real estate firm, recently announced that Evercore, an independent investment banking advisory company, has expanded its presence at Park Avenue Plaza in Midtown by 95,000 square feet. This brings their total occupancy in the prestigious tower to over half a million square feet.
Park Avenue Plaza is a 45-story building owned by Fisher Brothers and boasts LEED Platinum certification for its sustainability efforts. It also holds WELL Health-Safety Rating certification and ongoing ENERGY STAR certification.
The negotiations for this expansion were led by Marc S. Packman, Charles P. Laginestra, Clark Briffel and Josh Fisher from Fisher Brothers while Alan Desino from Colliers represented Evercore.
