Avgeris and Associates Inc., a privately owned commercial real estate investment company, has partnered with The Missner Group and Wylie Capital to acquire International Corporate Park in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The 70.4-acre site features a 257,927-square-foot warehouse building that will remain as part of the redevelopment plans.
The Missner Group will serve as the general contractor for the project which is set to begin later this year. Plans include demolishing a five-story office building on the site to make way for over 900,000 square feet of new industrial space across four buildings.
According to CEO Barry Missner, there is high demand for Class-A industrial buildings in Vernon Hills and they are excited about redeveloping this prime piece of infill real estate alongside their partners at Avgeris and Associates Inc. and Wylie Capital.
