"RW Dake Acquires Baltimore Warehouse for $8M"

New York-based company RW Dake Construction has recently acquired a 51,448-square-foot warehouse in Baltimore County’s Owings Mills. The property, located at 10331 S. Dolfield Road and purchased for $7.75 million from United Sortation Solutions, boasts a clear height of 26 feet and features two exterior dock doors, one drive-in door, and ample surface parking.

The full-service general contracting firm plans to relocate its Maryland regional office from Columbia later this year. Originally built in 1973 with an expansion completed in 2016, the warehouse will serve as the company’s new base of operations.

Represented by MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services’ Senior Vice Presidents Matthew Curran (SIOR), Andrew Meeder, and Daniel Hudak – all principals for the firm – RW Dake Construction intends to occupy approximately two-thirds of the building while leasing services for the remaining space will be handled by MacKenzie.

This recent acquisition marks another milestone for RW Dake Construction as it continues to expand its presence in key markets across the country.
