The $250 million project, a collaboration between RREAF and Innisfree, will feature a 334-room hotel, an expansive two-and-a-half-acre water park, four restaurants and a ballroom. Located on the beach at 317 East Beach Drive, this development is expected to be one of the premier destinations for tourists visiting Galveston.
According to Ted Ent from Innisfree: “This marks our fifth successful joint venture with RREAF Holdings and our ninth beachfront hotel overall. We are committed to bringing top-notch developments like this Margaritaville resort to growing hospitality markets such as Galveston.”
The resort will offer guests an array of amenities including pickleball courts, a family entertainment center, lazy river rides and an adult pool. In addition,the signature food and beverage offerings from Margaritaville are sure to delight visitors.
