Construction has commenced on Wyld Oaks, a 215-acre mixed-use development in Apopka, Florida. The project is located just 25 miles northwest of Orlando and is estimated to have a total investment of $1.2 billion. Joseph Beninati leads the project.
Situated at 4105 Golden Gem Road, the development sits adjacent to the recently completed 429 Beltway and W. Kelly Park Road Interchange, approximately 27 miles from downtown Orlando.
Upon completion, Wyld Oaks will feature:
• Up to 200,000 square feet of retail space with eleven outparcels
• Two hotels including budget-friendly and boutique options
• Between 3,000-4,000 multifamily units and condominiums
• Up to two sites for office space totaling up to an additional
