Craig International is embarking on a $6 billion project at Lake Texoma, with the recent acquisition of 3,000 acres in Denison. The company aims to develop an expansive master-planned community called Preston Harbor, which will feature 7,500 homes including luxury single-family and active adult residences as well as multifamily options. Additionally, the development will include a resort hotel, retail spaces and restaurants for residents’ convenience. With nearly ten miles of shoreline along the lakefront property and situated just 75 miles north of Dallas near Oklahoma’s border,Craig International has partnered with Waterfall Development LP to bring this vision to life.
According to Janet Gott,the Mayor of Denison,”This transformative development will have a significant economic impact on our entire region for years to come.” She also believes that this venture will greatly enhance Denison’s economic strength and competitiveness.
In addition,Craig International has announced plans for a Margaritaville resort worth $100 million within Preston Harbor.Hospitality partner Horizon Capital Partners is setto spearhead its development.
