Gallelli Real Estate, based in Roseville, CA has added nationally renowned real estate analyst Garrick Brown to their team as VP of Real Estate Intelligence and Business Development. With over 25 years of experience in research roles with Newmark, Cushman & Wakefield and Colliers International under his belt, Brown was most recently CEO at Brown Consulting.
“As our company continues to grow,” said Gary Gallelli – President of Gallelli Real Estate – “Garrick is going to play an essential role. His knowledge and relationships throughout the industry will strengthen our platform further by enhancing service offerings while expanding geographic reach.” Mr. Gallelli also noted that he had worked with Mr.Brown before starting his firm alongside his late brother Jason: “Before my late brother Jason and I started our firm we worked with Garrick when he was just getting going in the business.”
The brothers first met back when they were brokers during the early 2000s; since then both parties have gone on successful paths within their respective fields which led them back together again today at Gallelli Real Estate where they hope for continued success as a team moving forward into 2021 .
