The seller, Hudson Medical LLC, was represented by Transwestern’s experienced team of Frank Richie, Mike Salmen, Erik Coglianese and John Huff. Located in the high-growth corridor of Hudson, Wisconsin within the Minneapolis-St. Paul metropolitan area and completed in 2023 , this multi-specialty medical office building spans over 160 ,000 square feet.
