The Durst Organization has successfully renewed leases for three retail tenants at Historic Front Street in Lower Manhattan. The Dermatology Specialists and Il Brigante have secured 10-year renewals, while SUteiShi, a family-owned Japanese restaurant, has also signed a 10-year renewal for its space.
Historic Front Street is an impressive restoration project by The Durst Organization that includes 11 landmarked buildings and three modern buildings. With its offering of 95 residential rental units and 14 street-level retail stores, this development draws visitors from all over the world. According to Jody Durst, president of The Durst Organization: “We are delighted that these tenants will continue to benefit from the vibrant community of residents, tourists and workers in Lower Manhattan.”
