Stonemont Financial Group announced the closing of two oncology centers occupied by Northside Hospital in Greensboro and Hawkinsville, GA. The properties include an 11,271-square-foot comprehensive cancer treatment center at 1000 Cowles Clinic Way in Lake Oconee community, Greensboro and a 10,212-square-foot medical office building on the Taylor Regional Hospital Campus in Hawkinsville. Both buildings are fully leased to Northside Hospital Cancer Institute.
To increase longevity of these properties for the tenant Stonemont has plans to implement a capital improvement plan on their exteriors which will be completed within next year.
