Eric Skogmo has been elevated to the position of vice president at Lee & Associates | Maryland. In this role, he will be responsible for managing leasing and investment sales tasks, assisting clients with their relocation or expansion needs, as well as aiding landlords and investors in finding suitable tenants or buyers for their properties.
Together with Lee & Associates principal Ned Brady, Skogmo successfully completed numerous lease and sale transactions last year. These included a 109,192 square foot lease agreement signed by Metalrays LLC at 1003 Konica Drive in Cecil County; Samaritan’s Purse’s purchase of 7210 Ambassador Road in Baltimore County for $10.5 million; and multiple leases secured by Dill Dinkers to accommodate its pickleball concept.
