CBRE Investment Properties, led by Anthony DeLorenzo, Gary Stache, Bryan Johnson and Nick Williams in collaboration with Keith Greer, successfully negotiated the sale of 3000-3010 E. La Jolla St., a two-building industrial complex totaling 88,128 square feet in Anaheim. The property was sold for $18.5 million on behalf of a private seller based in Southern California. The buyer’s identity has not been disclosed.
According to DeLorenzo, this transaction highlights the high demand for strategically located industrial properties in Southern California. The asset attracted significant interest from various buyers and ultimately closed at an impressive cap rate of 4.9%.
The space has been fully occupied since 1974 by Sonfarrel Aerospace – a leading aerospace part manufacturer – who will continue to operate from the location even after the sale is finalized. Situated along Anaheim’s technology corridor and just minutes away from State Route (SR) 57 and SR91 highways makes this property highly desirable.
