A six-building industrial portfolio in Miami has been sold for $38.5 million to a partnership between East Capital Partners and ABR Capital Partners, according to JLL. The properties, located at 6801-7500 NW 77th Ave., boast an impressive occupancy rate of 91%. Cody Brais and his team at JLL facilitated the sale of Milpa & Wesley Center.
Featuring a total of 12 dock-high doors and 101 grade-level doors, this portfolio offers excellent logistics capabilities. “This transaction highlights the high demand from investors for strategically located shallow bay industrial properties in Florida,” stated Cody Brais. He also noted the strong performance of these types of properties within the market.
