In Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket, 1455 Lincoln Parkway is a 186,846-square-foot office building that has been acquired by search firm Innova Solutions. The company plans to relocate its headquarters there and occupy the top two floors of approximately 50,010 square feet. Florida-based Parmenter Realty Partners sold the property after owning it since 2015. Represented by Jay O’Meara, Nima Ghomghani and Paul Holmes of CBRE, Innova Solutions purchased the building.
Established in 1998 with over $3 billion in annual revenue and more than 50,000 employees worldwide through its subsidiaries, Innova Solutions will move its headquarters from Duluth to metro Atlanta where it currently employs about corporate staff members.
Built in1986,the building will be at an occupancy rate of82% once Innova Solutions moves later this year.
