With over 25 years of experience in the CRE industry and a specialization in debt capital markets, Clancy will lead data science efforts at LightBox’s Irvine-based headquarters. His expertise will be instrumental in advancing and elevating the commercial real estate information sector.
Previously serving as head of applied data and research at Trepp, Clancy has a proven track record of producing client analytics and commentary while implementing innovative approaches to data analysis and market trends. During his time at Trepp, he also played an integral role in developing widely-used industry-standard products for CMBS and lending sectors.
