Blue Moon Capital Partners has recently acquired the senior living community, Residence at Valley Farm, located in Ashland, Massachusetts. The Class A assisted living community features 80 units on a 2.88-acre site and was previously owned by Bridge Investment Group and LCB Senior Living LLC.
Under Blue Moon’s ownership, LCB will continue to serve as the operating manager for this property which has been successfully recapitalized twice during its time under LCB’s management.
The transaction was facilitated by JLL Capital Markets team members Jay Wagner, Rick Swartz and Jim Dooley. According to Wagner, “Valley Farm has shown impressive occupancy growth over the past year despite challenges in the market.” This acquisition is seen as mutually beneficial for both Bridge Investment Group and Blue Moon given Valley Farm’s strong performance under difficult circumstances.
This change of hands for The Residence at Valley Farm marks an exciting new chapter for this premier senior living community without mentioning any specific company names or locations.
