Max Hulsh has recently joined IPA Capital Markets, a division of Marcus & Millichap, as a director for their New York team. Led by Max Herzog and Marko Kazanjian, the team specializes in providing capital markets services to major private and institutional clients.
In his new role, Hulsh will be responsible for sourcing debt and equity financing options for various property types. He will report directly to Marc Sznajderman, senior vice president and head of production for the eastern region. “We are thrilled about the opportunity to expand our team’s capabilities and further establish the IPA Capital Markets brand in the northeast,” stated Kazanjian.
Herzog, Kazanjian, along with associate Andrew Cohen joined IPA Capital Markets in August 2023 after previously working together at JLL where they focused on debt and equity finance capital advisory services. Prior to joining IPA Capital Markets,Hulsh gained experience at Lev Capitaland LadderCapital.
