The redevelopment of 600 Federal Street in Andover, Massachusetts by Celera Properties and True North Management Group has reached its first phase completion. The campus, spanning 250,000 square feet in the Andover Technology Park, has undergone core and shell renovations to accommodate power upgrades and lab-ready base-building improvements. Additionally, a new facade as well as spec lab suites and common areas have been added.
This project has successfully secured leasing activity for four tenants totaling 42,000 square feet. Among them is Univercells N.A., which chose this property to establish its US headquarters. The next phase of development is scheduled for delivery in summer 2024 with two more market-ready lab suites and additional shell space being added.
