Constellation Real Estate Partners has recently acquired a 25.8-acre parcel of land in Houston’s Northwest submarket, located at 6401 North Eldridge Parkway. The company plans to develop Constellation Eldridge, a state-of-the-art Class A warehouse spanning over 537,000 square feet on the site after demolishing an existing administrative building.
The design for Constellation Eldridge will be handled by Seeberger Architecture and construction is set to commence in the first quarter of 2024 with completion expected by the fourth quarter of that year.
Strategically situated in Houston’s highly sought-after Northwest submarket, Constellation Eldridge offers an ideal location for large distribution centers as well as e-commerce and logistics facilities serving the greater Houston MSA. The property boasts convenient access via North Eldridge Parkway and is only three miles away from U.S. Highway 290 and Beltway 8.
CBRE’s Faron Wiley and Joseph Smith have been appointed as leasing agents for this project.
