Colliers has been selected as the exclusive leasing and property management firm for Aon Center, a 1.1-million-square-foot office tower located at 707 Wilshire Blvd in downtown Los Angeles. The iconic skyscraper was recently acquired by Carolwood LP, setting a record for DTLA office sales in 2023.
Leading the marketing efforts will be Vice Chair Matthew Heyn and EVP Ian M. Gilbert, while Regional Managing Directors Kevin Rude (West Coast) and Tina Minook (California) will oversee property management of the tower.
According to Jodie Poirier, Executive Managing Director of Colliers Greater Los Angeles, this addition to their portfolio highlights their continued growth in LA. She also emphasized their collaborative approach that allows them to provide comprehensive solutions for investor clients.
The sale was completed just before Christmas with Sean Fulp from Colliers stating that it showcases the influx of private capital into LA amidst market disruptions.
