Oliver Street Capital and Bain Capital Real Estate have jointly acquired a 187,589 square foot warehouse/distribution facility in Wilmington, MA for $49.5 million from Marcus Partners. The Class A facility, located at 326 Ballardvale Street, boasts impressive features such as 24-30′ clear height ceilings, loading docks with ample column spacing and trailer storage.

The property was marketed by the CBRE team of Scott Dragos, Chris Skeffington, Doug Jacoby Roy Sandeman Tim Mulhall Tony Hayes and Dan Hines who facilitated the sale on behalf of the owner. This recent transaction highlights the strong demand for industrial properties in this area.
