Phoenix Shopping Center Sells for $59M - SEO Friendly Title

The highly sought-after Palm Valley Pavilions West shopping center in Goodyear has recently been sold for a whopping $59 million. According to the Phoenix Business Journal, this transaction ranks as one of the most expensive retail deals in the entire Valley for 2023. The seller was DRA Advisors, while the buyer was a company associated with renowned mall owner Raymond Arjmond.

Spanning over 232,797 square feet and situated at Litchfield and McDowell roads in Goodyear, this single-story shopping center comprises five buildings on a spacious 29-acre lot. Its impressive list of anchor tenants includes Best Buy, Total Wine, Ross Dress for Less , Barnes & Noble and Ulta Beauty . At the time of its sale , almost all units within this bustling commercial hub were occupied.
