One Broadway, a 37-story building located in Miami’s Brickell area, is set to undergo a major transformation. The current owner, Park Place at Brickell, plans to convert the existing 371 residential units into 123 hotel suites and 198 residences. This project will be presented to a local planning agency later this month.
The developer aims to renovate the property without altering its footprint or requiring extensive redevelopment. Multi-purpose spaces and hotel amenities will be added on floors 9,11,35,and36 including a fully remodeled penthouse level pool and terrace with stunning views of Miami skyline. A new fitness center along with an outdoor covered terrace surrounding a reflecting pond will also be included in the renovation plan.
Additionally,the four levels of One Broadway will feature restaurants and retail spaces for guests’ convenience.Hotel suites are planned for floors26and33,making it an ideal choice for travelers seeking luxury accommodations in Miami’s bustling business district.
