Cushman Wakefield Launches Asset Optimization Group for Distressed Assets

Cushman & Wakefield has recently introduced an Asset Optimization Group, specifically designed to assist lenders, investors, and servicers in maximizing the value of underperforming assets. This group offers a range of services such as receivership, property management, market research and valuation to optimize asset recovery and mitigate deterioration.

According to Revathi Greenwood, Head of Real Estate Optimization at Cushman & Wakefield: “The Asset Optimization Group provides customized solutions for office buildings, industrial facilities, retail spaces and multi-family properties that are struggling or distressed in today’s market.”

By utilizing strategic insights and expertise from the firm’s professionals , clients can effectively manage complex tasks such as cash flow management for individual assets , funding tenant improvements , regulatory compliance issues,and accounting matters. Additionally,the firm’s extensive platform resources combined with deep market knowledge will enable clients to explore various options both on a single-asset basis as well as across portfolios.
