Marx Realty has recently announced that Baccarat, a luxury brand, will be relocating its corporate offices to a 10,000-square-foot penthouse and mezzanine space on the 18th floor of 545 Madison Ave in the Plaza District. This move is part of Marx Realty’s efforts to blur the lines between office and hotel experiences while aligning with Baccarat’s regal elegance.
According to Craig Deitelzweig, president and CEO of Marx Realty, this partnership was proposed as it perfectly represents the coupling of both brands and reinforces the building’s position at the intersection of office spaces, luxury amenities,and hospitality services. The new space also includes a private terrace for added convenience.
The transaction was facilitated by Cushman & Wakefield team consisting Tara Stacom,Harry Blair,Peter Trivelas,Remy Liebersohn ,Connor Daugstrupand Bianca Di Mauro representing Marx Realty while Lantern Company’s Matt Siegeland Jessica Adler represented Baccarat. With this lease agreement,the post-Baccarat will now have access to all these luxurious features without any mention or association with Connect LA or Connect Texas.
