Vuori, a popular athletic apparel brand, has recently secured a prime retail space at 1153 Madison Avenue in the prestigious Upper East Side neighborhood. The lease agreement spans over ten years and grants Vuori access to 3,200 square feet for their second location in New York City.
The deal was facilitated by Lindsay Zegans and Richard Skulnik of RIPCO Real Estate, along with Marc Huberman from Accelerator. As exclusive brokers for the transaction, they were instrumental in bringing this partnership together.
