This impressive building spans over an impressive area of 1.5 million square feet and boasts top-notch amenities such as the dedicated conference center, Graybar19, and a sprawling Equinox fitness club spanning over an area of approximately29,000 square feet.
The team at Savills led by Greg Taubin and Brian Scharfman represented Vaco in this deal while Cushman & Wakefield acted as representatives for the landlord with Harry Blair, Tara Stacom,Bianca Mauro,and Caroline Collins on their team.The latest development from Vaco is yet another testament to its growing presence in Midtown’s commercial real estate scene.
