Davis Appoints New Senior Vice President of Asset Management

The Davis Companies has recently announced the appointment of Jon Needham as the senior vice president of asset management for their Science and Technology division. In this role, Needham will be responsible for overseeing real estate assets in the science and technology sector, with a focus on driving growth in advanced R&D and life sciences.

With over ten years of experience in national real estate, particularly within the life sciences and R&D fields, Needham brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. Previously working at BentallGreenOak (BGO), he played a significant role in managing a 3 million square foot portfolio consisting of lab R&D facilities and cGMP properties while also shaping BGO’s national strategy for life sciences.

Davis’ Chief Portfolio Management Officer Cappy Daume expressed excitement about having Needham join their team: “As a former student-athlete, Jon understands what it takes to be an effective team player who thrives on challenges. We are delighted to have him onboard our already talented team. His strong focus on building relationships across industries aligns perfectly with our firm’s values.”

This announcement marks another milestone achievement by Davis as they continue to expand their presence within the science and technology sector through strategic appointments like this one.
