Willdan Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: WLDN) announced today that CEO Tom Brisbin will retire from his position on December 29, 2023. He will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board and act as a part-time consultant for the company after this date. Mike Bieber, currently President of Willdan Group, will succeed Brisbin as CEO and join the Board effective December 30.

In addition to this leadership transition, Willdan also announced promotions for two key executives – Kim Early to Executive Vice President and CFO and Micah Chen to Executive Vice President and General Counsel – effective December 30.

SAN FRANCISCO – Juniper Square has hired Kathie Jones as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
