CBRE has welcomed a top-performing multifamily investment sales team to their Indianapolis office, previously from Cushman & Wakefield. The team, led by George Tikijian III and Hannah Ott as vice chairs and Cameron Benz as first vice president, will specialize in multifamily investment sales in Indiana and Kentucky with plans for expansion into nearby markets. With over 200 completed transactions totaling $5.6 billion since 2019, including the largest multifamily deal in Indiana at over $245 million, this experienced team brings valuable expertise to CBRE.
Tikijian and Ott co-lead the team with Tikijian returning to CBRE after serving as executive vice chair of Midwest multifamily advisory at his previous firm while also owning Tikijian Associates. Ott brings over 22 years of industry experience as an executive vice chair alongside her colleagues. Additionally, Benz joins the group after serving as a director responsible for leading Indiana’s first completed build-to-rent transaction.
This announcement marks another significant addition to CBRE’s already impressive roster of professionals dedicated solely to providing exceptional service within the commercial real estate market.
