"Everlast Moves Headquarters to Nomad: A Strategic Business Decision"

The renowned manufacturer of boxing, MMA, and fitness equipment, Everlast, has recently moved its US headquarters to NoMad’s 13-15 West 27th Street. This prime location was secured at a rate of $65 per square foot by Jonathan Anapol from Prime Manhattan Realty on behalf of Everlast. The lease was expertly managed by Kaufman’s Michael Heaner and Elliot Warren for the landlord.

According to Warren, this move places Everlast in the heart of NoMad with easy access to various dining options and shopping destinations. Commuters will also appreciate the convenience offered by multiple subway lines and bus stops near their new headquarters.

This relocation marks an exciting new chapter for Everlast as they continue to provide top-quality equipment for boxing enthusiasts worldwide.
