Entre Commercial Realty recently finalized the sale of a 111,594-square-foot industrial building located at 933 Remington Road in Schaumburg, Illinois. The transaction was facilitated by Phil Reiff of JLL on behalf of NBS Corporation and Dan Benassi, SIOR, Dan Jones, SIOR and Sam Deihs from Entre who represented the seller.
The private investor had enlisted Entre to sell the property before its lease expiration in 2024. Recognizing a gap in the market for similar sized properties like this one, Entre created a competitive bidding environment which resulted in multiple offers. This successful sale closed prior to the lease expiration date without any vacancy or carry costs for the seller.
NBS Corporation purchased this property as they were looking to relocate from their current facility in Elk Grove Village due to outgrowing it. With modern office finishes and heavy power capabilities,the building is situated within Woodfield Business Center with convenient access to various restaurants, retailers,and hotels.
