Sudberry Properties, the master developer of Civita in Mission Valley, has begun construction on The Brynn, an upscale apartment community spanning 3.3 acres and featuring 200 luxury units and top-of-the-line amenities. Located at 2525 Via Alta with stunning views of the adjacent Civita Park, this new addition to the urban village is set to open in 2025.

The development team for The Brynn includes Rockwood Construction as general contractor; Architects Orange for architecture and landscape design; RICK Engineering Company for civil engineering and land planning; as well as Design Tec Inc. for interior design. Property management will be provided by Sudberry Properties themselves.
