Los Dos Agaves, a well-known Mexican restaurant based in Canby, has recently secured a lease for Suite 200 at Village at Main Street in Wilsonville, Oregon. The family-owned eatery will be expanding to this new location after completing the $1,111,239 deal.
Village at Main Street is a popular shopping center built in 1999 and spanning over 74,878 square feet with thirteen buildings spread across two parcels. Los Dos Agaves’ new space covers an area of 4,151 square feet and will serve as their second location. Conveniently located near I-5 and north of the Willamette River in Wilsonville’s bustling downtown area.
The tenant was represented by Tim Pfeiffer and Camden Muller from Norris & Stevens Inc., a locally-owned full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm operating in Oregon and Washington. On the other hand,CBRE’s Austin Cain acted on behalf of landlord Village Commercial LLC.
This transaction marks another successful venture for Norris & Stevens as they continue to broker lucrative deals within the retail sector throughout Oregon.
