Andover Properties has appointed Justin Bowen as the new Vice President of Operations. In this newly created role, Bowen will work closely with Robert Smith, Andover’s Chief Accounting Officer and Chief Operating Officer, as well as Director of Operations Dave Cooper to shape and evolve operations.
With over two decades of leadership experience at Go Store It, where he previously served as Director of Operations, Bowen brings a wealth of expertise to the team. He has successfully managed $33 million in rental revenue across 43 stores in 10 states and executed 12 acquisitions while also developing new districts. Through strategic space optimization initiatives under his leadership, revenue increased by $61K annually.
