KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) has recently welcomed Jonathan Wood as a senior mortgage banker, with a focus on multifamily lending in the Northeast region. In his new role, Wood will be responsible for originating loans across various sectors including Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, CMBS, life companies and debt funds. He is based in Boston and reports to Dirk Falardeau – KBREC’s Commercial Mortgage Group regional manager.
With over 20 years of experience in commercial mortgage banking under his belt, Wood brings valuable expertise to the team. Prior to joining KBREC he held managing director positions at Lument and senior roles at Capital One and Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage.
