"January Kickoff Announced for Ambitious Friendswood Mixed-Use Project"

Tannos and Wolfgramm Capital have joined forces for a $750 million project in Friendswood, a Houston suburb with a population of 41,000. Construction on the site and necessary infrastructure upgrades will commence early next year. The expansive development spans 100 acres, featuring both commercial space and open land.

Known as the Friendswood City Center, this mixed-use project boasts an impressive array of offerings including 150,000 square feet of retail space, 200,000 square feet for medical offices and other businesses. Additionally included are plans for a luxurious boutique hotel with amenities such as dining options,a convention center spanning over 5,o00 square feet,and up to500 residential units.

Tannos is responsible for building out the infrastructure which includes road improvements near the site along with constructing most shell buildings on-site.The Houston Business Journal has reported that all twelve parcels within this commercial development have already been claimed by interested parties.

Developers anticipate beginning vertical construction towards late2024with completion expected within three years from then.This ambitious mixed-use project in Friendswood is set to kick off in January according to recent reports from Connect CRE.
