"Brooklyn's Safe Horizon Secures 20K-SF Lease"

Safe Horizon, the largest nonprofit organization providing victim services in the U.S., has recently signed a 20,000-square-foot lease at Brooklyn’s Pioneer Building. This new space will greatly enhance their support for over 250,000 survivors annually.

The Pioneer Building is a 10-story office building spanning over 269,530 square feet. It has undergone recent upgrades such as a renovated lobby and façade, as well as improvements to the rooftop and windows.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Jason Kroeger and Frank Liantonio expertly represented Safe Horizon in this transaction. According to Kroeger, “the property’s strategic location provides an ideal environment for fostering collaboration and meeting the organization’s needs within the community.”
