The Hudson Companies recently completed a $28.3 million capital restructuring for House No. 94, a mixed-income and mixed-use residence located in the popular North Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. The financing was provided by Voya Financial and a new Joint Venture with Meadow Partners.

According to Chris Zedano, director of Asset Management at Hudson Companies, their commitment to delivering high-quality homes is evident in House 94’s attention to detail. With its prime location near the Williamsburg waterfront and top retail tenants on one of North Williamsburg’s busiest blocks, this boutique property stands out as one of the best options for luxury living.

House No. 94 offers curated amenities and features 75 apartments that cater specifically to low-income households. Its convenient access to Manhattan via subway or ferry from Bedford Avenue L station adds even more appeal.
