Trammell Crow Company (TCC) and its joint-venture partner, Clarion Partners, have successfully completed the first phase of development at Fairfield Industrial Center in Northern California. The newly constructed Class A industrial facility spans 205,223 square feet and is available for lease to a single user or multiple smaller tenants.
According to TCC principal Will Parker, this project has received strong support from the town of Fairfield and is seen as a valuable addition to both the city’s industrial landscape and Solano County – one of the most active submarkets in the region. Plans are already underway for phase two at 300 Chadbourne Rd., which will consist of two additional Class A industrial buildings totaling 328,553 square feet. Construction on this next phase is expected to commence next year.
Leasing for these properties will be handled by CBRE’s Kevin Hatcher and Cushman & Wakefield’s Brooks Pedder and Tony Binswanger. With their expertise in commercial real estate leasing services, they are well-equipped to secure suitable tenants for TCC’s latest development.
