Construction has begun on a highly anticipated transit-oriented development in Carrollton. According to the Dallas News, the 25-acre Trinity Mills Station project is currently underway at the intersection of Bush Turnpike and Stemmons Freeway, conveniently located near DART and Denton County Transportation Authority rail stations.
The city and DART jointly own this building site, with infrastructure work for this mixed-use development starting two years ago.
Integral Group from Atlanta is spearheading the construction of Eviva Trinity Mills apartments – a 436-unit complex situated just east of DART’s station. This five-story rental community is set to open in November 2025.
Koa Partners, an Irving-based developer, is actively seeking tenants for their planned six-story office building spanning over 125,000 square feet across from the new apartments.
