Construction has officially begun on a highly anticipated transit-oriented development in Carrollton. According to the Dallas News, the 25-acre Trinity Mills Station project is currently underway at the southeast corner of Bush Turnpike and Stemmons Freeway, conveniently located near rail stations for DART and Denton County Transportation Authority.
The city and DART jointly own the building site, with infrastructure work beginning two years ago for this mixed-use development. Integral Group, based in Atlanta, is spearheading construction of Eviva Trinity Mills apartments which will consist of 436 units just east of DART’s station. The five-story rental community is expected to be completed by November 2025.
Koa Partners from Irving are actively seeking tenants for their planned six-story office building spanning over 125,000 square feet across from the new apartments. This exciting news was first reported by Connect CRE as work commences on this promising Carrollton transit-oriented development.
