"Starting Construction on $225M Midland Health Center"

Robins & Morton, a leading construction firm, has commenced work on the Permian Basin Behavioral Health Center. This state-of-the-art facility spans 54 acres and will provide both short- and long-term treatment for individuals of all ages with psychiatric needs. The $225 million project includes a crisis stabilization unit, an outpatient center, modern amenities, and a community education center.

The Texas Facilities Commission is overseeing the development of this new facility which will be operated by a joint effort between Midland County Hospital District and Ector County Hospital District. Completion is expected in late 2025.
