Norwood Development Group has proposed the construction of a new office building in downtown Colorado Springs. The project, known as 30 West, will span 194,000 square feet and feature a mix of commercial and residential spaces. This includes 25,000 square feet for amenities and an additional 4,500 square feet for restaurants. Along with these offerings, the developer plans to incorporate a rooftop lounge, shared conference center, fitness studio and golf simulator.
The design firm responsible for this project is Open Studio Architecture.
According to Norwood’s website: “Our efforts in city-building encompass various developments such as offices buildings , apartments complexes , master-planned communities ,and commercial hubs across the Pikes Peak region.” In recent years,City officials have witnessed significant growth within Colorado Springs with completed projects totaling $2.3 billion over the past decade.
