Chad Tredway has been appointed as the new head of real estate Americas at J.P. Morgan Asset Management, marking his return to the company. This follows the recent retirement announcement of industry veteran Mike Kelly after a successful 30-year career.
In his role, Tredway will lead Real Estate Americas and bring with him Trio Investment Group, an institutional sale-leaseback property investment firm managing assets valued at $250 million. The merger of Trio into Real Estate Americas will expand its portfolio capabilities under Tredway’s expert guidance.
According to Anton Pil, head of Global Alternatives for J.P. Morgan Asset Management, “We are confident in Chad’s leadership abilities and extensive knowledge in real estate from his previous tenure at J.P.Morgan and presence in the industry.”
