Green Loan from Greystone: $24M Fannie Mae Financing for Boise-Area Multifamily

Greystone has provided a $23,791,000 Fannie Mae Delegated Underwriting & Servicing Green Rewards loan for Breckenridge Apartments in Nampa, ID – a 160-unit garden-style apartment community located in the Boise suburb. The newly constructed property was completed in 2022 and features 35 buildings with one-, two- and three-bedroom units that have achieved Fannie Mae’s Green Building Certification for their energy and water efficiency.

The nonrecourse fixed rate financing carries a 10 year term with 30 year amortization schedule including seven years of interest only payments. Lorie Hanson, Managing Director at Greystone originated the loan while Tim Van Valin from Sage Creek Group acted as correspondent.
