Colliers has been awarded the exclusive leasing and property management assignment of Downtown Los Angeles’ Gas Company Tower at 555 W. 5th St. The firm was retained by Gregg Williams of Trident Pacific Real Estate, who has been appointed receiver. Executive Vice President Ian M. Gilbert and Vice Chair Matthew Heyn will handle leasing while Sean Fulp, Colliers’ Southwest Region’s Vice Chair and Head of Office Capital Markets provides advisory services to the client; Kevin Rude, Regional Managing Director for West Coast; Tina Minook, Regional Managing Director for California real estate management services will lead full-service property management initiatives as well.
